When will my payouts arrive?

A Stripe balance, a scheduled payout and money received at the bank are different stages.
During preopening, only authorised visits are available; live payments and Connect remain disabled. This guide describes functions subject to account eligibility, territory and actual opening. Free services do not require a KiNaFé subscription.
Check the schedule
Open Balances and Payouts in your Stripe Dashboard. Stripe shows an estimated date based on country, schedule and account checks. The first payout may take longer; KiNaFé does not guarantee one uniform date.
Read the status
Pending or in progress means the payout is not yet confirmed. Paid means Stripe reports it as sent; check receipt on your bank statement.
Reconcile amounts
Compare amount, currency and payout reference. Fees, refunds, disputes and sales outside KiNaFé can explain differences from your KiNaFé orders.
