KiNaFé is in preopening: visits and publications remain subject to authorised access. Live payments are disabled. Free services still follow these conditions.

A municipality or an independent organizer can publish an event without a commercial establishment or an association. The municipality where it takes place, the displayed organizer and the team authorized to manage it are distinct. Geographic location grants no management rights.

For each event, its manager chooses no reservation, external booking or native KiNaFé booking. The date, times, number of places and any capacity limit are displayed. External requests take place on the linked service under its own conditions.

Free native booking does not require a KiNaFé subscription. The displayed setting states whether confirmation is immediate or requires the manager’s decision. A pending request is not confirmation. Places are held from registration, including while approval is pending, and are released on refusal or cancellation. An unconfirmed request expires when the session starts. The server checks remaining places and retries of the same request.

The request, status and conversation are available in the member’s dossier and the authorized team’s workspace. Internal notifications accompany changes and new messages. The entered name, optional contact details and note are shared with those authorized to handle the dossier. Only the member concerned or the authorized team can act within their permissions; municipal access retains MFA protection.

Input can be resumed after signing in within the same tab for thirty minutes from the last change. No request is submitted automatically. Check the displayed details and conditions before confirming. This flow collects no KiNaFé payment: confirmation does not prove purchase of a paid ticket. Quote requests and private conversations remain separate from accepting a quote or making a payment.

1. Free members and KiNaFé subscribers

   Explore addresses, events, associations, catalogues, town pages and the Mag. A free account provides favourites, quotes and messages. Discovery/Permanent benefits and Flash offers requiring a KiNaFé subscription keep their conditions. Event bookings and association shops do not require a KiNaFé subscription; prices, registration and availability depend on each offer. Reviews require an eligible experience, not an ongoing KiNaFé subscription.

2. Professionals, shops and brands

   From Become a partner, create your business profile with information, photos and hours. Benefit partnerships require the Discovery and Permanent offers specified by their rules. Flash/anti-waste, catalogues, events, bookings, quotes and messaging are separate tools depending on permissions and business settings. No professional subscription or KiNaFé sales commission; payment-provider fees are separate.

3. Associations: a dedicated route

   In My activities, choose Association, enter name and country and create a draft. You can create your own organisation without the commercial form or a mandatory subscriber discount. Add mission, description, authorised photos, location and contacts; submit for review by another authorised person before publication. Managers access only permitted records. Events and products link to the association. Its shop supports stock, cart, orders and local collection without a KiNaFé subscription; shipping and multi-association carts are not offered. A published association receives messages when an authorized, active and verified owner or reception manager is available, even while its linked technical establishment remains a draft. Open Messages from its listing in My activities to reply. Conversations, private attachments, notifications, blocking and reporting use the existing messaging service without a KiNaFé subscription. Without an authorized recipient, the listing shows unavailability and no send button. Email addresses are not public.

4. Towns and municipal managers

   In Town management, open your municipality and choose Create a municipal event. No business account or association is created. Location municipality, displayed organizer and managing space are distinct. KiNaFé retains initial management of events without an organizer account. Municipal access requires explicit personal authorization and two-factor authentication; location alone is insufficient. Unknown organizers remain unassigned.

5. Event organisers

   In My activities, choose Event. Select a space you manage or create your organizer space by entering its name: no required business profile, association or a KiNaFé subscription. The draft is saved with that space. Complete dates, location, organizer, programme and conditions, then submit to an authorized reviewer. An information-only event can be published without a booking link. For each event, its manager chooses no reservation, external booking or native KiNaFé booking. 6. Referrals, affiliation and guidance

   An adult verified free member can refer under the rules. Rewards require qualifying professional or subscription referrals; creating an association, event or catalogue earns no bonus. Paid affiliation for an association or partner requires an accepted individual contract and is separate from member credits. The Mag and guides help plan outings and projects.
