1 credit is worth €1 and can cover up to 100% of your monthly or annual KiNaFé subscription. Credits cannot pay a partner and cannot be transferred.

Credits earned by referring professionals pay for your monthly or annual KiNaFé subscription. Use them to cover all or part of the amount due, up to 100%, so you pay less with your own money. These credits are only for your subscription: they cannot be withdrawn or converted into money.

For subscriber referral rewards, an individual referrer’s right to convert credits is determined when the referred member pays: your own annual subscription as the referrer must be active and fully paid at that time, in money, credits or both, with no refund or dispute. Rights already acquired remain valid after that annual subscription expires. Buying an annual subscription later does not make previously ineligible rewards convertible. Any conversion or withdrawal remains subject to checks and to these features actually being enabled.

Real conversions and withdrawals are currently disabled. No payout is available.

Anyone aged 18 or over with an account and a confirmed email address, after explicitly declaring that they are an adult and accepting the programme conditions. A free account is enough to start during preopening. You do not need to buy a subscription to refer.

25 credits after a new establishment is published with at least two active offers. One reward per establishment. These credits pay for a KiNaFé subscription and can never be withdrawn. One reward per qualified establishment.

The referred member’s plan determines the amount. The reward is awarded after qualifying monthly payment number 2, or 15 days after the qualifying annual payment, in proportion to the money actually collected. An individual referrer receives only one reward per referred member. Registration or an invitation alone, a gifted subscription, a payment entirely in credits, a test transaction or a household invitation earns no reward.

This window concerns the referred member’s first real payment, not when the reward is awarded. For registration during preopening, it starts when payments actually open, as recorded by the server; for registration after opening, it starts with the initial registration. The first real payment must be confirmed within 10 days, or 240 hours, including the exact deadline. The second qualifying monthly payment may take place after this window. The annual reward waits 15 days after the qualifying annual payment. A new invitation, a recreated account or a plan change does not restart the window. This window does not apply to referrals of professional establishments.
