How do referral credits work?

25 credits after a new establishment is published with active Discovery and Permanent offers. One reward per establishment. These credits pay for a KiNaFé subscription and can never be withdrawn.

The referred member’s purchased plan sets the reward: annual Solo 10 / Couple-Family 20 credits after 15 days; monthly Solo 3 / Family 5 at the second eligible real payment. Individuals receive one reward per referred member. No purchase is required to refer. Gifts, tests, credit-only payments and household invitations earn no reward. The first real payment must be confirmed within 240 hours (10 days), inclusive: from payments opening for preopening signups, or initial registration for later signups. The second monthly payment may follow later. Rewards depend on the referred plan; mixed payments are prorated to cash received. Household invitations, gifts, tests and credit-only payments earn no reward. A plan change or new invitation never restarts the deadline. Qualified professionals still earn 25 credits. Free signup and referrals are available now. For preopening signups, the 10-day period begins when payments actually open. Real payments and withdrawals remain unavailable during preopening.

For individuals, cash eligibility is fixed when the referred payment occurs: the referrer must then have an active, fully paid annual KiNaFé subscription, funded with money, credits or both. Acquired rights survive expiry. Buying an annual plan later never upgrades earlier ineligible rewards.

Examples: 1 qualified professional and 2 friends on annual Solo = 45 credits, towards Solo at €39.90/year. 3 qualified professionals = 75 credits, towards Family at €69.90/year. Remaining credits stay available. Available rewards and eligible payments made fully in cash, subject to programme terms.

600 admitted establishments per French department, from all channels. At capacity, applications wait for a place without a promised reward. Foreign establishments have no artificial French department quota.

Minimum withdrawal: €10 after acquisition and checks. Month-end cutoff, payment planned for the 10th according to the banking calendar. No new annual plan required to withdraw acquired rights. Real payments, conversions and withdrawals remain disabled during preopening.

Cash reporting: 2026–2027, then calendar years. No credit reset or subscription anniversary change in January.
