Publish a catalogue and its permission

Catalogue publication is free for professionals and reading does not require a KiNaFé subscription. During preopening, catalogues are limited to authorised visits. After public opening, reading will be available without a reader account. Publication still depends on rights checks and open territories.
During preopening, only authorised visits are available; live payments and Connect remain disabled. This guide describes functions subject to account eligibility, territory and actual opening. Free services do not require a KiNaFé subscription.
Prepare the details
Choose the brand, relevant stores, territory and validity period. Identify the document’s source and the person or organisation holding the rights.
Upload and check
Upload the document accepted by the form. KiNaFé prepares lightweight WebP pages. Check page order, cover, readability and associated text before submission.
Give genuine permission
Read the distribution licence, which is separate from the partner agreement. Confirm your authority and document rights. Downloading the original file is a separate choice.
Submit and update
Submit the version. Changing pages or conditions creates a new version; it does not silently change historical permission. Commercial expiry and rights duration must be tracked separately.
